Privacy Policy

Last updated · July 8, 2026

Your trust is the product. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have — with particular care for the call recordings, transcripts, and contact data processed inside your GoHighLevel sub-account.

01

Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Junior SDR (“Junior SDR”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit jnrsdr.com, create an account, or use our AI voice SDR that operates inside your GoHighLevel (“GHL”) sub-account.

Junior SDR serves marketing and sales agencies (“Customers”). When we process the contact records and call data that a Customer loads into the product, we act as a processor (service provider) on that Customer’s behalf; the Customer is the controller of that data. When we process a Customer’s own account and billing information, we act as a controller.

02

Information we collect

Account & contact data you provide: name, work email, phone number, agency/company name, and the details you submit when you book a demo or contact us.

Contact & campaign data you load: the phone numbers, names, tags, and list data your agency imports for dialing, along with the consent and opt-out status attached to each contact.

Call data generated by the service: call recordings, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, disposition and outcome tags, timestamps, and duration.

Usage & device data: log data, IP address, browser type, and interactions with the site, collected to operate and secure the product.

  • We do not knowingly collect special-category (sensitive) personal data.
  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not use call content to train third-party models.
03

How we use information

We use personal information to provide and operate the service (placing calls, transcription, live transfer, logging back to GHL), to run compliance checks such as consent verification and DNC suppression, to bill usage, to provide support, to secure and improve the product, and to comply with our legal obligations.

04

How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run the service:

  • Infrastructure & telephony sub-processors (for example carriers and voice/AI providers) that place calls and generate transcripts under contract.
  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, into which call results, recordings, and tags are written back to your contacts.
  • Professional advisors, and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

05

Call recording & consent

Calls placed through Junior SDR may be recorded and transcribed on behalf of, and at the direction of, the Customer. The Customer determines who is called and is responsible for obtaining and maintaining the consents required for those calls and recordings.

Junior SDR provides tooling to support compliance — consent checks before dialing, instant opt-out/DNC tagging, AI-identity disclosure, and jurisdiction-aware calling windows — but the underlying lawful basis and list consent remain the responsibility of the Customer. See our Terms of Service and Compliance page for details.

06

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for the periods required to meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations (including maintaining a defensible record of consent and call activity). Customers may request deletion of contact and call data, subject to those legal retention requirements.

07

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08

Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

  • Individuals who received a call: to opt out, say “stop”, “cancel”, or “opt out” on a call, or contact the agency that called you; opt-outs are honored and written as a DNC suppression across voice and SMS.
  • Customers: manage your data and exercise rights through your account or by emailing privacy@jnrsdr.com.

Because much of the contact data we hold belongs to a Customer, we will route relevant requests to the responsible Customer where appropriate.

09

International data transfers

We may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10

Children’s privacy

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to Customers.
